Peaceful protest by Milan fans ahead of Parma-Milan
Hello to all Rossoneri fans, today is a special day as Milan takes the field against Parma, but not without an important message from Curva Sud. Milan’s fans have decided to peacefully express their dissent against Serie A regarding the price increases of tickets that occur whenever Milan plays away.
The official statement from Curva Sud, published on social media, highlights the issues faced during away trips this year, particularly those in Lecce, Udine, and Turin against Juventus, where Rossoneri supporters chose not to attend. The situation further complicates in Bergamo with the reduction of the away sector and difficulties with card recognition. Now, with the upcoming match against Parma, fans feel that the situation is unbearable. Tickets have been sold without pre-sale and only during working hours, making access to the stadiums even more problematic.
To express their dissent, Curva Sud will remain silent for the first 15 minutes of the match against Parma and then strongly encourage the team, demonstrating once again their unconditional support.
The Pulisic case and Allegri’s statements
On the other hand, a confrontation involves the American national team’s coach, “Pocettino,” who decided not to call up Christian Pulisic for the break. This decision has raised some controversy as Milan wanted the player to recover quicker. However, the coach specified that he aims to protect the player’s health to avoid risks, stating that both Milan and American national team should have no reason for complaint about the management of their players. Nonetheless, Pulisic has trained at Milanello and could be used in today’s match, although he is not yet at peak fitness.
Massimiliano Allegri, in the press conference, stressed the importance of securing three points in Parma, reminding that it is crucial to maintain a good position in the standings and to show the right mentality in every match.
Probable lineup for the match against Parma
Regarding the lineup, there are still some doubts that Allegri needs to resolve. In defense, Tomori’s injury could allow De Winter to partner with Gabbia and Pavlović, with Maignan in goal. In midfield, Saelemaekers, Fofanà, Modrić, and Ricci are vying for a starting spot. The left side remains a question mark with Bartesaghi and Estupiñan competing. In attack, Nkunku is prepared to seek his first goal in Serie A in Rossoneri colors, alongside Rafael Leão, while Pulisic will likely start from the bench, ready to come on during the match.
