A significant piece of data has emerged from an analysis by Calcio e Finanza: Milan have virtually doubled their payments to player agents during 2025. A notable increase that places the Rossoneri third in the Serie A rankings for agent-related expenses.
From €11 million to €23 million: the numbers in detail
The figures speak for themselves. While in 2024 Milan allocated approximately €11 million in agent commissions, in 2025 that figure rose to nearly €23 million. That represents an increase of around 50% — in fact, nearly a full doubling — reflecting a particularly busy year on the transfer front.
The increase is directly linked to the volume of business generated across the two 2025 transfer windows: the January winter window and the summer window. Milan completed numerous incoming deals, signing several players to strengthen the squad, and each of those negotiations involved commission payments to intermediaries and player representatives.
