Player Ratings:
Maignan: 6. Rarely called into action, he fails to stop Isaksen at the crucial moment.
De Winter: 5.5. Offers no defensive guarantees against the dynamism of Maldini and Zaccagni, getting beaten on several occasions.
Tomori: 6. The most solid defensively, he doesn’t concede much compared to his fellow defenders.
Pavlovic: 5.5. Struggles to hold his own in the duel with Isaksen and is caught out of position at the time of the goal. His performance improves in solidity during the second half.
Saelemaekers: 6. Eager to contribute, especially going forward, but fails to be decisive or provide playable balls to his attackers.
Fofana: 6. Makes his presence felt mostly in the attacking phase, with interesting through-ball attempts that are ultimately ineffective.
Modric: 6. Always very active, both in defensive recovery and in sparking potential attacking moves. Credit to him as one of the very few who never gave up until the final whistle.
Jashari: 6. Doesn’t falter in his build-up play or defensive duties, but lacks cutting edge and proactivity.
Estupinan: 5. Alternates rare attempts at attacking incisiveness with defensive struggles, also contributing to Isaksen’s goal, nearly scoring an own goal, and picking up a yellow card.
Pulisic: 6. Tries to offer creative sparks but lacks composure and precision. More active in the second half, but his performance remains underwhelming overall.
Leao: 5.5. Few balls reach him (and he misses those), and as a result he never manages to take the initiative or attempt shots on goal.
Substitutes:
Bartesaghi: 6. Came on to replace Estupinan, avoids his predecessor’s mistakes but offers little going forward.
Athekame: 6. Came on at a point when Lazio had already stopped attacking, essentially a non-factor.
Nkunku: 6. Despite having fewer minutes available, he proves to be the most active among the attacking players, though he still fails to make an impact.
Fullkrug: 5.5. Missing in action.
Ricci: N/R
Manager Allegri: 5. A performance like this, at such a stage of the season, is simply unacceptable.
